In the beginning I have to say that English is not my mother tongue. It was very difficult for me to write this article in a plain and easy-to-understand English. But my desire to inform about what I have understood totally prevails here. If necessary, I will learn Chinese. I really, really try to convey this information to as many people as possible.  I do everything I can.
The information that I want to share with you is very important. The main goal of this article is to show you that all the numbers in the book of Daniel lead us to our times. These numbers are 2300 “mornings and evenings (2300 years), 70 “weeks”(490 years), and 1290 and 1335 “days( 2625 years).  Also, I want to prove that two ‘rulers of the world’, Donald and Vladimir, are the king of the south and the king of the north respectively. And you will learn much more. Believe me, after  reading  my article to the end very closely, you will hardly say that this is a mere coincidence.  What you’re going to learn from it, is simply missing in the whole Internet, no such information at all. And this surprises me very much.
I’m not some religious fanatic and I’m not even a practitioner of any religion. I will never believe in anyone or anything until I get all the necessary proof.  I have to say that I received the necessary proof in full and this proof is none other than mathematics and also the fulfilled prophecies. Please, read my article to the very end. You will be as surprised at what you will learn just as I once was.   I will have to ask you of one favor: try to imagine that you’re an atheist, it will be easier for you to understand and to grasp the full meaning of it. Let’s get started.
Nowadays, people seem to be forgetting God more and more each day. It really seems so, that, if the progress keeps on developing at this rate, in a couple of centuries no believers will be left in the world. Yes, the modern technologies along with godless science seem to have almost killed the faith in God or gods. Imagine, just two centuries ago there was no such thing as atheism. Everyone was a believer. But if we go further in the past, we will find that no empire or nation could live or exist without some sort of religion. First of all, the religion performed a function of uniting. The more fitting the religion was, the easier it was to rule the people and to govern the empire. Such was the case with Christianity. It was chosen as the religion of the Roman Empire for good reason. I doubt it very much that some saint revealed himself to Constantine and told him to choose exactly Christianity. No. At that moment, no other religion was even close as fitting as Christianity. First of all, the main doctrine of the New Testament is to call on people from all the nations to believe in Jesus Christ as savior of humanity from sin, and to constitute one nation -the spiritual Israel. Secondly, Christianity was not friendly to the teachings of Jews and to Jews themselves, who caused a lot of problems to the empire at that time. One of the empire’s goals was to win over Jew’s believes and to dissolve them as a nation using Christianity. Why the Roman Empire did not choose the religion of the Old Testament, for example? Because it was completely unfitting and that would simply make the Jews superior over Romans. Of course, Romans were much smarter than that.  It should be noted that in the fourth century, when Christianity was chosen as the religion of the Roman Empire, it had almost died.  Constantine literally resurrected Jesus Christ and his teachings. Why do I think so? I will explain it to you further in the article. If Constantine had not chosen Christianity, it would have long been dead by now or would have now been represented by very small groups of people at best, just like those who believe that Shabbatai Zevi  was the promised messiah. They even believe that Shabbatai Zevi will come the second time to judge the nations.

Let’s take Shimon bar Kochba. He was the Jewish leader who led the revolt  against the Roman Empire  in 132 CE, establishing an independent Jewish state which he ruled for three years as Nasi ("Prince"). Many Jews at that time believed that he was the promised messiah. According to  their believes, at that  time the messiah could be the one who would  make their state independent once again as it once was. The messiah had to be, first of all, the political leader. I doubt that there was even one of them who even distantly heard about Jesus or his teachings. The group of those who followed Jesus and his teachings was very small. It remained so even some decades after the Jesus’ death. It was really small sect.  And by the time of  Kokhba’s revolts only few people knew about it.  People at that time hardly had a chance to know about Jesus’ teachings even if they wanted to. This group continued to be very small despite his disciples doing their best trying to deliver this “good news” to as many people and places as possible.  Of course! How could they pull it off? There was no Internet! I’m joking. But, anyway, wouldn’t we expect from God’s son a little bit more than that, especially as some say he is a true God. By the way, there is no consensus among modern sects if he was God himself or his son.
Bar Kokhba’s state was conquered by the Romans in 135 following a two and half-year war, and everyone understood that he was not the promised messiah.
One of the goals of my article is to make people think logically and only then reach conclusions. I would want to warn you from devoting your life to something that clearly goes against logic. In our case this is an unfounded faith in Jesus Christ.
Logic must be always present. But in all the modern religions and sects it is completely missing. Christianity is no exception.
Now I am going to present you a list which will shake your faith in Jesus a little.
1.
Many prophetic passages speak of a descendant of King David who will rule Israel during the age of perfection. (Isaiah 11:1-9; Jeremiah 23:5-6, 30:7-10, 33:14-16; Ezekiel 34:11-31, 37:21-28; Hosea 3:4-5)
The Messiah must be descended on his father's side from King David (see Genesis 49:10, Isaiah 11:1, Jeremiah 23:5, 33:17; Ezekiel 34:23-24). According to the Christian claim that Jesus was the product of a virgin birth, he had no father – and thus could not have possibly fulfilled the messianic requirement of being descended on his father's side from King David.
According to Jewish sources, the Messiah will be born of human parents and possess normal physical attributes like other people. He will not be a demi-god, (2) nor will he possess supernatural qualities
To answer this difficult problem, apologists claim that Jesus traces himself back to King David through his mother Mary, who allegedly descends from David, as shown in the third chapter of Luke. There are four basic problems with this claim:
a) There is no evidence that Mary descends from David. The third chapter of Luke traces Joseph's genealogy, not Mary's.

b) Even if Mary can trace herself back to David, that doesn't help Jesus, since tribal affiliation goes only through the father, not mother. cf. Numbers 1:18; Ezra 2:59.

c) Even if family line could go through the mother, Mary was not from a legitimate messianic family. According to the Bible, the Messiah must be a descendent of David through his son Solomon (2-Samuel 7:14; 1-Chronicles 17:11-14, 22:9-10, 28:4-6). The third chapter of Luke is irrelevant to this discussion because it describes lineage of David's son Nathan, not Solomon. (Luke 3:31)

d) Luke 3:27 lists Shealtiel and Zerubbabel in his genealogy. These two also appear in Matthew 1:12 as descendants of the cursed Jeconiah. If Mary descends from them, it would also disqualify her from being a messianic progenitor.

2.
Biblical verses can only be understood by studying the original Hebrew text – which reveals many discrepancies in the Christian translation.

 A. Virgin Birth

The Christian idea of a virgin birth is derived from the verse in Isaiah 7:14 describing an "alma" as giving birth. The word "alma" has always meant a young woman, but Christian theologians came centuries later and translated it as "virgin." This accords Jesus' birth with the first century pagan idea of mortals being impregnated by gods.

B. Suffering Servant

Christianity claims that Isaiah chapter 53 refers to Jesus, as the "suffering servant."
In actuality, Isaiah 53 directly follows the theme of chapter 52, describing the exile and redemption of the Jewish people. The prophecies are written in the singular form because the Jews ("Israel") are regarded as one unit. Throughout Jewish scripture, Israel is repeatedly called, in the singular, the "Servant of God" (see Isaiah 43:8). In fact, Isaiah states no less than 11 times in the chapters prior to 53 that the Servant of God is Israel.
When read correctly, Isaiah 53 clearly [and ironically] refers to the Jewish people being "bruised, crushed and as sheep brought to slaughter" at the hands of the nations of the world. These descriptions are used throughout Jewish scripture to graphically describe the suffering of the Jewish people (see Psalm 44).
Isaiah 53 concludes that when the Jewish people are redeemed, the nations will recognize and accept responsibility for the inordinate suffering and death of the Jews

3.
Contradictions
A.
The books of New Testament contradict each other on when Jesus was born.
Was he born in 4 BC or after 6 CE?

According to Matthew, Jesus was born during the reign of Herod the Great (Matthew 2:1). According to Luke, Jesus was born during the first census in Israel, while Quirinius was governor of Syria (Luke 2:2). This is impossible because Herod died in March of 4 BC and the census took place in 6 and 7 AD, about 10 years after Herod's death.
Some Christians try to manipulate the text to mean this was the first census while Quirinius was governor and that the first census of Israel recorded by historians took place later. However, the literal meaning is "this was the first census taken, while Quirinius was governor ..." In any event, Quirinius did not become governor of Syria until well after Herod's death.
B.
 THE ANGEL'S MESSAGE
In Matthew, the angel appears to Joseph in a dream and tells him that Mary's child will save his people from their sins. In Luke, the angel tells Mary that her son will be great, he will be called the Son of the Most High and will rule on David's throne forever. A short time later Mary tells Elizabeth that all generations will consider her (Mary) blessed because of the child that will be born to her.
If this were true, Mary and Joseph should have had the highest regard for their son. Instead, we read in Mark 3:20-21 that Jesus' family tried to take custody of him because they thought he had lost his mind. And later, in Mark 6:4-6 Jesus complained that he received no honor among his own relatives and his own household.

C.
 THE PLACE
Both Matthew and Luke say that Jesus was born in Bethlehem. Matthew quotes Micah 5:2 to show that this was in fulfillment of prophecy. Actually, Matthew misquotes Micah (compare Micah 5:2 to Matthew 2:6). Although this misquote is rather insignificant, Matthew's poor understanding of Hebrew will have great significance later in his gospel.
Luke has Mary and Joseph travelling from their home in Nazareth in Galilee to Bethlehem in Judea for the birth of Jesus (Luke 2:4). Matthew, in contradiction to Luke, says that it was only after the birth of Jesus that Mary and Joseph resided in Nazareth, and then only because they were afraid to return to Judea (Matthew 2:21-23).

4.
 THE PROPHECIES
Matthew says that the birth of Jesus and the events following it fulfilled several Old Testament prophecies. These prophecies include:
1. The virgin birth (Isaiah 7:14)
This verse is part of a prophecy that Isaiah relates to King Ahaz regarding the fate of the two kings threatening Judah at that time and the fate of Judah itself. In the original Hebrew, the verse says that a "young woman" will give birth, not a "virgin" which is an entirely different Hebrew word. The young woman became a virgin only when the Hebrew word was mistranslated into Greek.
This passage obviously has nothing to do with Jesus (who, if this prophecy did apply to him, should have been named Immanuel instead of Jesus).
2. The "slaughter of the innocents" (Jeremiah 31:15)
Matthew says that Herod, in an attempt to kill the newborn Messiah, had all the male children two years old and under put to death in Bethlehem and its environs, and that this was in fulfillment of prophecy.
This is a pure invention on Matthew's part. Herod was guilty of many monstrous crimes, including the murder of several members of his own family. However, ancient historians such as Josephus, who delighted in listing Herod's crimes, do not mention what would have been Herod's greatest crime by far. It simply didn't happen.
The context of Jeremiah 31:15 makes it clear that the weeping is for the Israelites about to be taken into exile in Babylon, and has nothing to do with slaughtered children hundreds of years later.
3. Called out of Egypt (Hosea 11:1)
Matthew has Mary, Joseph and Jesus fleeing to Egypt to escape Herod, and says that the return of Jesus from Egypt was in fulfillment of prophecy (Matthew 2:15). However, Matthew quotes only the second half of Hosea 11:1. The first half of the verse makes it very clear that the verse refers to God calling the Israelites out of Egypt in the exodus led by Moses, and has nothing to do with Jesus.
As further proof that the slaughter of the innocents and the flight into Egypt never happened, one need only compare the Matthew and Luke accounts of what happened between the time of Jesus' birth and the family's arrival in Nazareth. According to Luke, forty days (the purification period) after Jesus was born, his parents brought him to the temple, made the prescribed sacrifice, and returned to Nazareth. Into this same time period Matthew somehow manages to squeeze: the visit of the Magi to Herod, the slaughter of the innocents and the flight into Egypt, the sojourn in Egypt, and the return from Egypt. All of this action must occur in the forty day period because Matthew has the Magi visit Jesus in Bethlehem before the slaughter of the innocents.
In order to have Jesus born in Bethlehem, Luke says that everyone had to go to the city of their birth to register for the census. This is absurd, and would have caused a bureaucratic nightmare. The purpose of the Roman census was for taxation, and the Romans were interested in where the people lived and worked, not where they were born (which they could have found out by simply asking rather than causing thousands of people to travel).

Ok. I think that is enough. This is not the full list by far. But I think it’s more than enough to show you that not everything is as smooth as many Christian sects teach. Well, it’s not really the purpose of my article.
Let’s speculate on logic in the scriptures a little bit more.
The existence of the Devil has always bothered me. It once even killed my faith to some extent. I simply refused to believe in his existence as it is obviously against logic. If Satan really existed then everything would go completely different way. For example, he would have never let the Scrolls of The Dead Sea be found as they show that our bibles have not been changed for over many centuries of copying. These scrolls strengthen my faith very much. Or Satan might not let the prophecies  fulfill exactly the way God wants. Or he would simply kill the people that were important to God. In other words, God could not look after and control all of his ugly plots and  moves. It would be much easier to destroy him in the first place. I will say it one more time: the existence of Satan kills logic.
In reality, the false teaching of Zoroastrianism got into the New Testament.
Zoroastrianism appeared in the sixth century BC. Approximately since then the Jews fell under Persia’s jurisdiction after Cyrus the Great freed them from Babylon. In Zoroastrianism, there is a prime God who is capable of  doing only  good and incapable of doing bad things. But he has evil counterpart who can not do good things but only - evil. Obviously, these teachings infiltrated the minds of the ancient Jews. How else would you explain such a difference between the  New and  the Old testaments on this subject. In the New Testament the writers mention Satan almost in every chapter whereas in the Old Testament he is mentioned very seldom.  By the way, in the Old Testament the rare noun “Satan” is used with a definite article “ha”, which means that it is simply the embodiment of all the wicked  people and nations. Quite logical is the explanation of this in Judaism where Satan acts as God’s agent which, in its turn, is also a perverted understanding of the Old Testament.

Or, you can reflect one more time on whether or not Jesus was the promised messiah. As I already mentioned, in the Old Testament there are many prophecies about the Messiah. For example, it is said that he must be the physical descendant of King David on his father's line. But if you believe the New Testament, Jesus did not have a physical father. This is the first and deadly blow to all sane believers in Jesus. But it seems that people who believe in Jesus even after seeing all the presented contradictions and mistranslations are not quite sane. Therefore, it's hard to talk to them or it’s even harder to make them switch on logic and to think using it.
There are also many hints and verses in the Old Testament that the Messiah should rule independent Israel in last years.
That's why Jesus' contemporaries, who believed that he was the promised Messiah, believed that they lived in the last days. Read carefully the New Testament and you will see many verses and hints that the people of the first century lived in the last days. For example, Jesus said that the generation that lived during his time would not pass till his second coming would take place. Modern sects, of course, are the defenders of Jesus and offer another way of understanding his words. No, guys, you can not get away with this! He spoke exactly about that very generation, and clearly hinted that they should become eyewitnesses of his second coming. By the way, in the Old Testament there is no concept of the second coming, the Messiah must fulfill all the prophecies right away. But Jesus never came again. And thus, by the beginning of the second century, Christianity was on the verge of extinction. Yes, it would have withered, if not for Constantine, who “raised” Jesus from the dead in the 4th century.
Believe me, dear readers, if the Christians of the first century knew that 2000 years would pass and nothing would happen, they would spit on everything and continue to live as before. After all, in the entire New Testament there is not the slightest hint that Jesus would come as early as 2000 years later. But, instead, there is a lot of hints and verses saying that he must return and judge humanity during the  lifetime  of his contemporaries. There are dozens of such verses and hundreds of hints. The very fact that Jesus insisted on renouncing everything and to follow him, giving the right  cheek if you were hit on the left and so on ... hinted that everything would end very soon. But humanity would have to live as before for another 2000 years.
Now let's think logically: what changed in our world after Jesus lived (if he lived at all, of course). People sin, die and kill as they did  before Jesus. From what sin he redeemed us remains absolutely unclear even to those who say that they understand everything to the end in this matter. No, they do not! They deceive themselves. I myself used to be the same. And who was he to redeem us, after all? Here, perhaps, there can be only one redemption - the mass bloodshed of those who have sinned against God.  It is logical to assume that if the Jews personally sinned against the true God, being familiar with the true teachings unlike other ancient peoples, it is they who will have to atone for their guilt before God, sacrificing this time not animals but themselves. In my opinion, the Holocaust is a clear confirmation of my words. Read carefully chapter 38 of the book of the prophet Ezekiel.  There, it is said that the people of God will be brought to the mountains of Israel immediately after being delivered from the “sword”. Right after the most [attention!] terrible genocide in history of mankind, the Jews were again gathered on the "mountains of Israel" in 1948. But there will be one more, the final, test for God's people. In Ezekiel 38, it is said that Gog must attack the Jews when they already live at home. Thus, Hitler could not fulfill the main prophecy of the Old Testament, since the Jews at that time had not yet been collected in their historical homeland. When Gog will attack Israel, and thus call into question the further existence of Israel as a state, then it will be just the right time for Yahweh  to reveal himself to “many nations”. By the way, the Messiah will have to defend the right of his people to exist as an independent state. And since it was not independent since the 6th century BC up till 1948, the Messiah could not have appeared in that period of time. That's where the truth confirmed by logic! When you read chapter 38, you simply are astonished at the accuracy of the fulfillment of this prophecy. The prophecy clearly meant the literal or physical Israel, and not some spiritual one. By the way, for those who do not know, I would say that the Christian sects  claim to be the spiritual Israel. They hate each other saying that only their sect is the right and true one. The champions in this are, of course, Jehovah’s witnesses.
Once, I came across a couple of articles of Jehovah's Witnesses who consider their sect to be the  true spiritual Israel. I really “liked” the final words there. They are as follows: "Although the creation of the modern state of Israel was not predicted in the Bible, the creation of spiritual Israel was. If you join the spiritual Israel now, you will reap many blessings". Wow! It turns out that the creation of the state of Israel was not predicted in the Old Testament. About whom and what then almost every prophet prophesy?! To whom did God speak if not to his chosen nation when you read all these prophecies ????? !!!!! Here, for example, is a passage from the most popular chapter in the scriptures: "You will be given attention after many days. In the final part of the years you will invade the land whose people have been restored from the ravages of the sword, collected together out of many peoples onto the mountains of Israel, which had long been lying devastated. The inhabitants of this land were restored from the peoples, and all of them dwell in security. You will come against them like a storm, and you will cover the land like clouds, you and all your troops and many peoples with you… So prophesy, son of man, and say to Gog, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah says: “On that day when my people Israel are dwelling in security, will you not know it?   You will come from your place, from the remotest parts of the north, you and many peoples with you, all of them riding on horses, a great assembly, a vast army.   Like clouds covering the land, you will come against my people Israel. In the final part of the days I will bring you against my land so that the nations may know me when I sanctify myself through you before their eyes, O Gog”. God says that Gog will be brought against his land, against his people. Or let's read a passage from the 9th chapter of the book of Daniel: " There are 70 weeks that have been determined for your people and your holy city, in order to terminate the transgression, to finish off sin, to make atonement for error, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up the vision and the prophecy, and to anoint the Holy of Holies. You should know and understand that from the issuing of the word to restore and to rebuild Jerusalem until Mes·siʹah the Leader, there will be 7 weeks, also 62 weeks. She will be restored and rebuilt, with a public square and moat, but in times of distress." And again, the angel speaks of the people of Daniel and of the literal Jerusalem. To this (ninth) chapter I will pay a lot of attention, since it is, as I think, the most important chapter in the entire Tanakh (the Old Testament without Torah). I can say with absolute certainty that it does not speak about Jesus.
Now it’s time to write about the most important. I want to share it with you so much!
- 2025 - the beginning of a new era on Earth;
- 2018 - the appearance of a real Messiah (I think he will turn out to be the current Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu);
- 2020 - the temple in Jerusalem is rebuilt;
- 70 weeks (490 years), about which the angel spoke, should lead us to the time of the end, and not to the first half of the 1st century CE;
- all three chapters in which numbers are given bring us to our time;
- Now we have an initial phase of confrontation between the king of the north and  the king of south, they are Donald Trump and Vladimir  Putin.
- Vladimir Putin's second name was predicted in Ezekiel 38 as "Put";
- both "Donald" and "Vladimir" mean the same thing: "ruler of the world."
And now I'll try to explain everything as clearly as possible.
In the end of chapter 12 of the book of Daniel, we read such concluding words:
And from the time the daily sacrifice was removed and the silent abomination placed, is one thousand, two hundred, and ninety.

יאוּמֵעֵת הוּסַר הַתָּמִיד וְלָתֵת שִׁקּוּץ שֹׁמֵם יָמִים אֶלֶף מָאתַיִם וְתִשְׁעִים:
Fortunate is he who waits and reaches days of one thousand, three hundred, and thirty-five.

יבאַשְׁרֵי הַמְחַכֶּה וְיַגִּיעַ לְיָמִים אֶלֶף שְׁלֹשׁ מֵאוֹת שְׁלֹשִׁים וַחֲמִשָּׁה:
And you, go to the end, and you will rest and rise to your lot at the end of the days."

יגוְאַתָּה לֵךְ לַקֵּץ וְתָנוּחַ וְתַעֲמֹד לְגֹרָלְךָ לְקֵץ
This is the most accurate translation. As you can see, on the right I presented the original text in Hebrew. We do not have to render the first part of the first verse in the future tense like it is done in almost every bible translation.
Back in 2003, when I was 15 years old, I was amazed by this coincidence. If we take the days for years ( and we have all the grounds for this) and  count  the sum of these numbers from 607 BC then we will arrive at 2019 CE. At that time I believed that the chronology of Jehovah's Witnesses, where it states Jerusalem was destroyed in 607 BC, was correct.
Of course, Jehovah's Witnesses are wrong to think that secular historians can be mistaken as much as 20 years. It’s better to think twice if you are wrong than to simply assert that historians are mistaken. The year 607 for Jehovah's Witnesses is the cornerstone. If Jerusalem was not destroyed in 607, then all their faith is false. Now, of course, I am sure that this is their sect that is false and not the historians that are wrong. Historians, of course, can be mistaken in a couple of years, especially when we are talking about the 6th century BC. I doubt it very much that they can be mistaken in 20 years!
In fact, Jeremiah clearly predicts that for seventy years Babylon would rule  all the neighboring nations, not just Judea. The fulfillment of this starts when Babylon succeeded in defeating the Egyptian army in 609-608. BC. Here is the confirmation  from the scripture: " This whole land will be a desolation and a horror, and these nations will serve to the king of Babylon seventy years. Then it will be when seventy years are completed I will punish the king of Babylon and that nation,' declares the LORD, 'for their iniquity, and the land of the Chaldeans; and I will make it an everlasting desolation. " It is obvious  that all the neighboring nations would  serve Babylon, not only Jews. Thus, the countdown of 70 years starts from 608 BC. Everything is very plain and simple.
So, in the 12th chapter of the book of Daniel, two numbers 1290 and 1335 are given. You understand, more or less, already where their sum should take us. But where do 1290 years should bring us? I could not get a satisfactory answer to this question for a long time. What happened around 690 CE on these lands?
And I received the answer, and it was more than satisfactory. Somewhere around 690 CE, in the same place where the first temple of Yahweh stood, the abomination called the Dome of the Rock was constructed. When I found out about it, I got goose bumps. This find removed a lot of my doubts. The numbers must definitely lead us to the time of the end. The dome of the Rock stands there up to the present day, thereby preventing Jews to build the third temple and fulfill the prophecy. In prophecies about the Messiah, it is said that it is the Messiah who will have to build the temple in the last days which soon after its construction will be destroyed by the king of the north. But more on that later in the article.
What is meant by the cessation of the daily sacrifice? In secular history, it is said that the first wave of captivity of Jews occurs in 598, when Nebuchadnezzar desecrated the temple with his presence and took out the holy artifacts. That is when, apparently, the cessation of the daily sacrifice, about which the angel spoke to Daniel, begins. By the way, during the first captivity, my favorite prophets Ezekiel and Daniel were led away to Babylon. But when did this happen. Historians, of course, can be mistaken by 2 - 3 years. 601 or 600 BCE fit here the best. In this case, I have everything in perfect harmony. If we take the year 601 BC as reference point (not 607 as I thought before), then we arrive, first, at 692, and then at 2025. In 692 the construction of the Dome of the Rock was completed, and the year 2025 is in full compliance with chapter 9. But we will talk about Chapter 9 later and, as I already mentioned, pay to it much attention.
So, when I was surprised by the accuracy of the fulfillment of the 12 chapter’s prophecy, one interesting idea came to me: "Will not the other numbers from Daniel, given in the other chapters, lead us to the time of the end?".
I immediately opened the 8th chapter and began to ponder over 2300 evenings and mornings about which it is said there. In it, we read about the future king of Greece, about the Greek kingdom being divided into four. But the 8th chapter seems to have a gigantic chasm. The chapter implies that all these first kings who ruled after the collapse of the Macedonian empire die and then, suddenly,  the  other one should appear in place of one of them. And this one should definitely rule in the time of the end. Why would Daniel prophesy about the Greek kingdom in such detail, and then, despite the abyss of about 2300 years, inform about the last days. Skeptics, of course, say that this is a great proof that the words were written after the events and, thus, completely reject the divinity of the book of Daniel. I also thought so once.  It really looked like that.  But a number is given in the chapter. And it is given for good reason. It literally rescues the whole book. This number is 2300 evenings and mornings. Now, I’m more inclined to think that the final king of the north, who will be destroyed directly by God (not by hand), may be a descendant of Seleucus just like the Messiah – of David. Seleucus dies the last of four of them, i.e. between whom Alexander’s kingdom was divided: Kassander, Ptolemy, Lisimachus,  Seleucus. The Empire of Seleucus was the biggest, and later, few generations after Seleucus, gave the Jews a lot of troubles. Many skeptics think that the horn that “came in place of one of them” was Antiochus IV Epiphanes, who was a direct descendant of Seleucus. They think that it is exactly him about whom it is said in chapter 8 and in chapter 11 starting from the 21st verse up to the end of the chapter. And they have all the grounds to think so, I must say. Once, I was even confident that skeptics are right in this issue. The second half of the eleventh chapter seems to inform very precisely about the historical actions of Antiochus. But one event never occurred: Antiochus was not killed but God as it said there. And it was the main reason to think that the chapter was written in time of Antiochus while he was still alive. But why would someone write about this if he knew that if the final part of the fake prediction of his would  not  be fulfilled, everyone would understand very soon that he is a lier. If this was the case here, the chapter would have never been added to the canon. And the fact that the whole book of Daniel was presented in the Dead Sea Scrolls implies that the book was very popular in the second century BC. This completely excludes the possibility that it was redacted later, after the alleged events. And there was no technologies at that time like the Internet to let everybody know quickly enough. The one who wanted to decieve the Jews didn’t have much time really. The fake prediction would become obvious fake sooner than delivered to people. For whom and why would it be written then? There was no sense in doing so at all. It is obvious that no one would have ever given to it a second thought after the death of Antiochus.  But the book was revered and highly esteemed long after those events.  And, as I already wrote, 2300 mornings and evenings literally rescue the chapter and the whole book, and much more than that: the number not just strengthens our faith but gives us the confidence that we really live in the final part of the years or days.
So, when I counted 2300 years from the death of Seleucus I got  2020 (2300-281+1). I was literally shocked. “This is why this number is given here” – I said to myself. This is the fulfillment of the words: “And I heard a holy one speaking, and another holy one said to the one speaking: “How long will the vision of the constant feature and of the transgression causing desolation continue, to make both the holy place and the army things to trample on?”   So he said to me: “Until 2,300 evenings and mornings; and the holy place will certainly be restored to its right condition.” Apparently the temple has never been in its right condition since 601 BCE when the holy artifacts were brought out. Seems that God was not pleased with the second temple era. Jews did not change after their captivation by Babylon and continued to disrespect God by their actions. I wonder, can it be that God  changed his mind and decided to prolong their troubles by 2555 years till about the time of the beginning of the  seventh millennium? Or did He plan this beforeand? Can it be that the angel presented to Daniel a new judicial decision reached at the end of 70 years of their slavery? About 2555 years you will learn below.
So, we have one more number in the book: 490 years. At the time when I noticed the coincidence with the numbers 1290,1335 and 2300, I believed in Jesus and was almost sure that chapter 9 prophecy is about Jesus and the number 483 (without one week) brings us at the time when Jesus was baptized, i.e. – at 29 CE. In particular, Jehovah’s Witnesses think that the countdown shoud start from the year 455 BCE when, they wrongfully think, was the 20st year of Artarxerxes' reign. I noticed long ago that it was a big problem with this. The 20st year of Artaxerxes is 445 BCE not 455. But I never gave this fact a second thought though. It really looked like mathematics, more or less, took us to the time when Jesus Christ was baptized. I mainly agreed with Jehovah’s witnesses that the error of 10 years could happen among historians. I let it be and continued to believe in Jesus as the Messiah.  I have to repeat one more time that I was not a member of any sect. I simply believed, that’s all. But there was another problem here. In the chapter 9’s prophecy there seems to be an unambiguous hint that the final seven years of 490 years should be the final ones for this world. 490 years should take us to the end of this wicked, godless world and to the new era under God’s rulership. But I didn’t think of it this way because I believed in Jesus. Of course, I had a thought  that 490 years might bring us to our times but I didn’t do the research. I thought Jerusalem could not be rebuilt as recently as about 490 years ago.
I have to say that I did not calculated this all the time as you may think after reading it. Not at all. You may think that I am simply obsessed with it. No.
For a long time I even thought that it may really be a coincidence, be it even great coincidence. I continued to live my life without waiting for the end of the world to happen around 2020 as I thought at that time.  I am not crazy to think about it all the time. For a long time I rarely even recalled about it.
But one day, while I was reading the history of Jerusalem, I got goose bumps, I was shocked, I forgot who I was  and so on, and so on.
Here are the words from Wikipedia which stunned me: “ In 1535, when Jerusalem was part of the Ottoman Empire, Sultan Suleiman ordered the ruined city walls to be rebuilt. The work took some four years, between 1537 and 1541”. Jerusalem thrives under Suleiman, it was in some sense reborn under his rulership.
So, let us read the words from the chapter 9’s prophecy about the restoration of Jerusalem: “O Daniel, now I have come to give you insight and understanding.   When you began your entreaty the word went out, and I have come to report it to you, because you are someone very precious. So consider the matter and understand the vision.  “There are 70 weeks that have been determined for your people and your holy city, in order to terminate the transgression, to finish off sin, to make atonement for error, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up the vision and the prophecy, and to anoint the Holy of Holies. You should know and understand that from the issuing of the word to restore and to rebuild Jerusalem until Mes·siʹah the Leader, there will be 7 weeks, also 62 weeks. She will be restored and rebuilt, with a public square and moat, but in times of distress.  “And after the 62 weeks, Mes·siʹah will be cut off, with nothing for himself. “And the people of a leader who is coming will destroy the city and the holy place. And its end will be by the flood. And until the end there will be war; what is decided upon is desolations.
Read these words one more time, please. Don’t you have a feeling that the prophecy hints at the final days? I do have. We have not been freed from sin, we don’t have righteousness yet and so on. Our world is the same as it was before Jesus. It is so obvious. Sure, this prediction accords with 8 and 12 chapters and it says about the end. The final 7 years or a week should be simply fantastic. But the second part of them, i.e. three and a half years will be very difficult. Ancient Jews sometimes called years times. For example, instead of saying "one year has passed", they could say "one time has passed".  Read Daniel 12: “Then one said to the man clothed in linen, who was up above the waters of the stream: “How long will it be to the end of these marvelous things?” Then I heard the man clothed in linen, who was up above the waters of the stream, as he raised his right hand and his left hand to the heavens and swore by the One who is alive forever: “It will be for an appointed time, appointed times, and half a time. As soon as the dashing to pieces of the power of the holy people comes to an end, all these things will come to their finish.”. Some great event should take place in the middle of the final week. We only may guess what it will be.
Most definitely, angel told about the last 490 years, he did not mean the first 490 years. He says that Jerusalem will be rebuilt in the time of distress. But the times where the second temple was builded one could hardly call those times the times of distress. Those were the times of happines for Jews. But in 1535, Jews were very few in Jerusalem. Jerusalem was ruled by turks and nobody thought that Jews might ever rule in Jerusalem ever again.  Here we have the fulfillment of the prophecy written by Jeremiah 5:19 “And when they ask, ‘Why has Jehovah our God done all these things to us?’ you should answer them, ‘Just as you abandoned me to serve a foreign god in your land, so you will serve foreigners in a land that is not yours.”. Sure, those were the times of distress for Jews. No doubt.
The last 490 years fit here the best. First, Jerusalem was rebuit, then the State of Israel was reestablished. And now the main part should be fulfilled. Logic definitely works here. But it does not work with the first 70 weeks. Nothing remarkable happened in the first half of the first century. Few of the historians of that time even mention Jesus and none says about his deeds.  But the final seven years should be the most important time period in history of humanity. Thus, Jesus is rejected. We may only guess who will turn out to be the Messiah. Can it be Benjamin Netanyahu?
Now, I will give you the list of striking coincidences.
In the second century BCE some Jewish sects used  a special calendar. The number of the days should be divisible by seven. In our case, number is 364. This calendar is really divine and holy. To render this calendar precise, we have to add 7 days  every 7 years, then - add 7 days every 49 years (7 multiplied by 7), and then – every 70. Seven years: 364 *7 +7=2448+7=2555. Thus, we have 2555 days  in seven “holy” years. 49 years: 364*49+49+7; 70 years: 364*70+70+14. And so on.
This calendar is truly precise and holy. All the numbers here are realy holy for Jews. They are 7, 49, 70, 364.
If we add to 1535 49, we have 1584, then if  we add 364 to 1584, we get 1948. The year 1948 is the year of the creation of Israel. 1948 +70=2018. I will remind you that, if we count 483 years (490 without the final week) from 1535, we get 2018. This should be the year the Messiah appears. And the final week brings us at 2025: 2018 +7=2025.
That’s not all.
If we count 2555 years from the year 538 BCE, 2555-538+1( the year Cyrus frees Jews from Babylon and end 70-year-long captivation), we have 2018 one more time. Fantastic! I have no words!
And one more.
If we subtract 2555 from the sum of the final numbers of the book, we’ll get 70: 1290+1335-2555=70.
Do you think that this a mere coincidence? No, it is not.
The book of Daniel also says about the battle of two kings at the time of the end. The eleventh chapter is the most incomprehensible. Once I even thought that it was redacted later after the events. It really seems to say about Antiochus Epiphanes. Many bible scholars think so. It really, really looks like that.
It Seems that the chapter says about only three kings of the north, or – four at most. This is a clear as the day from the text. It does not imply that there will be many kings of the north. And starting from the verse 21 the king remains the same till the end of the chapter. Let’s read a passage from it: “And there will stand up in his position a despised one, and they will not give him the majesty of the kingdom; and he will come in during a time of security and take hold of the kingdom by means of smoothness. And the arms of the flood will be swept away on account of him, and they will be broken; as will be the Leader of the covenant.” Who is this king and who is the leader of the covenant here. Of course, all the Christian sects teach that the leader of the covenant is none other than Jesus Christ. If so, then we have a big problem here. As I said, the chapter clearly has the same man from the twenty first verse all the way up to the end. There is no  even a slightest hint that the king will be replaced by some other. Not at all! And it really seemed to kill my faith back in the day. The chapter clearly says that the king of the north should kill or dethrone the leader of the covenant and then do what he  wants till he will be destroyed by God. It perfectly accords with the eighth chapter. With Jesus in the role of the leader of the covenant, the 11th chapter is  deprived of sense and logic. Jehovah’s witnesses, for example, interpret this in a very stupid and funny way. They say that the one who “swept away” the leader of the covenant was Tiberius. Yes, it was during the rule of Tiberius that Jesus was killed. But what then? Then starts complete nonsense. Then, according to their interpretation, the king of the north “transforms” from one man into countries without being explained why they missed almost 2000 years of mankind’s history. These kings are Germany, Soviet Union, Russia and so on. Very, very stupid. I repeat it one more time: there is not a slightest hint that the king of the north changes his face somewhere after verse 21.
Vladimir Putin was brought to the power by Boris Eltsin. It really was during the time of security as there was no stand off between Russia and the United States. And it seems really so that Putin “took hold of the Kingdom be means of smoothness”. Eltsin was a real friend  of the United States whereas Putin was a former KGB agent who obviously pretended to support Eltsin in the foreign policy that Russia and The United States are big friends.
Now we are on the verge of the serious war between the two “kings”: Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin. Believe me or not: I predicted the win of Donald Trump in the presidential campaign in the summer of  2016. Exactly then I understood everything to the end. Hillary Clinton could not be a king, she could be a queen. I told everybody that according the prophecy Donald Trump should be the next president and was laughed at and even mocked because everyone was confident that Clinton was going to be the next president.
Both “Donald”  and “ Vladimir” mean the same: ruler of the world.
Confidence that Vladimir Putin was the king of the north was added by the fact that his surname was predicted in my favorite chapter 38 of Ezekiel. Here is the passage from it: “Persia, E·thi·oʹpi·a, and Put are with them, all of them with buckler and helmet”. Russian is my mother tongue, in our language the endings of the surnames are irrelevant. Only the root of a word matters. So ending "in" in "Putin" is simply can be omited.  Put was a  grandchild of Noah and it is deemed the his descendants populated the area that belongs to modern Libya. But it has  not been proved. It is only deemed to be so. Other translations replaced the  word “Put” with such words as “libyans”, “copts” and more. But they should not have done this. In the original Hebrew text we have three letters:  “פ”, “ו”  and “ט”. The first letter can be pronounced both as “F” or  as “P”. In most of  the literal (correct) translations we have the sound “P”. Exceptions are Russian and Bulgarian languages. In addition to his name being predicted, we have Persia in the prophecy. For those who don’t know, Persia is a modern Iran. They changed their name from “Persia” to “Iran” only recently but  Iranians continue to call themselves Persians. Of course, you know that Iran is a foe of Israel and an ally of Putin in supporting Assad’s regime in  Syria. Iran provides weapons to Hezbollah who are also the enemies of the state of Israel
I am astonished at how accurately the prophecy of chapter 38  was and continues to be fulfilled. Here are some passages from it: “You will be given attention after many days. In the final part of the years you will invade the land whose people have been restored from the ravages of the sword, collected together out of many peoples onto the mountains of Israel, which had long been lying devastated. The inhabitants of this land were restored from the peoples, and all of them dwell in security…So prophesy, son of man, and say to Gog, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah says: “On that day when my people Israel are dwelling in security, will you not know it? You will come from your place, from the remotest parts of the north, you and many peoples with you, all of them riding on horses, a great assembly, a vast army”.  Only in 1948 the Jews were gathered on their historical homeland. For the first time since the devastation by the Babylon in 587 BCE they are an independents state. Before 1948 the prophecy written by Ezekiel could not have been fulfilled as they were not home yet. Therefore, Hitler could not have fulfilled the main and the final part of the prophecy because the Jewish state did not exist yet.
The time is now!
In conclusion I will continue the thought with which I began this article. Without a doubt, it was God’s will to destroy faith in many false gods or goddesses. Now people, as compared to those who lived in  ancient times,  would be much more surprised at what they will see soon. And everyone will know that it is Yahveh, the God of Israel, who is doing all that. These technologies and the progress that killed the faith in God will be used by Yahveh as a means of fulfillment of the main part of the prophecy: “In the final part of the days I will bring you against my land so that the nations may know me when I sanctify myself through you before their eyes, O Gog…And I will certainly magnify myself and sanctify myself and make myself known before the eyes of many nations; and they will have to know that I am Jehovah”
